Eero's Outdoor 7 Extends Wi-Fi to the Outdoors with Superior Coverage and Durability
Mesh Wi-Fi leader Eero has unveiled the Eero Outdoor 7, a Wi-Fi 7 access point designed to expand your Wi-Fi network outdoors. Priced at ₹29,100, the dual-band device provides speeds up to 2.1Gbps with a range of 15,000 square feet, making it perfect for outdoor entertainment, security, and even shed connectivity. With an IP66 rating, it can endure extreme weather conditions and temperatures ranging from -40°F to 130°F. The Outdoor 7 is also backward compatible and features Power over Ethernet for flexible installation options.
The Outdoor 7 launches on November 13th for ₹33,300 if bundled with the 30W Outdoor PoE Plus adapter. It can support devices like smart locks, cameras, and even vehicles, thanks to its ability to handle smart home protocols like Thread, Zigbee, and Matter. While it’s pricier than competing products from TP-Link and Ubiquiti, its Wi-Fi 7 support and rugged design set it apart.
